About the role
Kafal Care nurses bring hospital-quality care to patients' homes. From IV therapy and wound care to post-surgery and elderly care, you will look after patients where they are most comfortable: in their own home.
We are hiring 50 nurses on contract to join our home-service teams across Nepal. You will be trained on our protocols, work with our doctors, and be supported by our operations team.
Key responsibilities
- Visit patients at home and provide nursing care as per doctors' instructions
- Administer IV therapy, injections and medications safely
- Monitor vital signs, wounds and recovery and report concerns
- Support post-surgery, elderly and chronic-care patients and their families
- Maintain infection control, hygiene and safe handling of medical supplies
- Keep clear, accurate records of every visit and escalate emergencies immediately
What we're looking for
- Valid Nepal Nursing Council license
- Include a copy of your license with your application
- Nursing qualification (PCL, BSc or equivalent) from a recognised institution
- Comfortable travelling to patients' homes within your area
- Caring, patient and professional with patients and families
A valid Nepal Nursing Council license is required. You'll attach a copy of it when you apply.
Nice to have
- Experience in IV therapy, ICU or home care
- Experience with elderly or post-surgery patients
- Ability to communicate in more than one Nepali language
