Comprehensive Fertility Assessment
Before freezing your eggs, we must evaluate your ovarian reserve. Our clinical assessment provides a precise, data-driven map of your current fertility status.
Book Your AssessmentThe Two Pillars of Assessment
Blood Work (AMH & Hormones)
We measure your Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH), Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH), and Estradiol. These blood levels give us a highly accurate picture of your remaining egg quantity.
- Fasting not required for AMH
- FSH is drawn on Cycle Day 2/3
Antral Follicle Count (AFC)
A specialized fertility doctor performs a transvaginal ultrasound. We manually count the number of small, resting follicles in both ovaries. This strongly predicts how you will respond to stimulation medications.
- Takes only 10-15 minutes
- Completely painless diagnostic
Putting the Data Together
Once labs and ultrasound are complete, you sit down with our senior fertility specialist. The doctor uses these two metrics combined with your age to calculate:
- Predicted response to medications
- Optimal drug protocol specifically for your body
- Estimated number of eggs we can safely retrieve
Provides total clarity and transparency on whether egg freezing is biologically viable and financially worthwhile for you.
Complete Honesty
We do not push women into expensive egg freezing cycles if their ovarian reserve testing indicates it would be unsuccessful. If your AMH/AFC is critically low, our doctors will counsel you honestly about alternative options or adjusted expectations.

What does the AMH test measure?
Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) represents your resting ovarian reserve (quantity of eggs left). It does not measure egg quality, but is crucial for predicting how you will respond to fertility medications.
Do I need to fast before the AMH blood test?
No, AMH levels remain relatively stable throughout your cycle and are not affected by fasting or meals.
Does the ultrasound hurt?
A transvaginal ultrasound is typically painless, though it may cause mild pressure. It is necessary because abdominal ultrasounds cannot provide the resolution needed to count small antral follicles.
How soon do I get results?
The ultrasound results are discussed immediately. AMH and other blood work results are usually available within 24 to 48 hours, followed by a comprehensive doctor consultation.
